Pets best has treated me very well and my bone has been covered since he was a pup. Initially, it took a while for all his records to be verified in the beginning, but once they were filing claims became a breeze. The company is very open about communicating when they will be late for reimbursement and always breaks down how the deductible is applied. The only downside so far is the change in cost for my insurance plan as my boy ages but the coverage has been worth it!
