I cannot recommend PetBest insurance to anyone. My experience is one of frustration and anger. PB took my money and never delivered one service. Despite hours of phone calls with willing customer service agents, who became as frustrated as I.....we all gave up. All because my documents were incorrectly forwarded to PB computer address and labeled 'claims" and were rejected. Yes, PB directed me to send all info to the incorrect address. Try as we all did, they could not be corrected and the computer view was always the final say. Yes, PB kept my full payment.
