The most complete waste of money I've ever encountered. I have had the policy for one year. They rejected significant claims on a 1 year old dog for preexisting condition. Even for the few claims they did accept, the co-pays and deductibles made the entire thing completely worthless. I cannot emphasize how bad this entire experience has been for me and my two doggies.
