Worst customer service ever! Claim denied due to over the counter allergy chews ordered 10 months after policy issued and only because I could not get her in to the vet. Had to ask three times for the basis for the claim denials. After filing appeal, received a call indicating the person from PetsBest agreed and would talk to claims. Promised to call me Monday or Tuesday, it is now Thursday and no call,, just another claim denial. They did, however, process and pay a third claim (for a different condition) after a month.
