Don't use PetsBest I paid $304 for a vet bill and the only reimbursed me $13 talking about a $250 deductible where did the deductible go it didn't go to the vet it didn't go to me so it went in the company's pocket. $13 is insulting especially when Im paying $600 for a policy renewal.
