It was nice to receive reimbursement in a short turnaround time after submitting new client Kooper. However, I am cautiously excited about the reimbursement as something similar occurred with Dakota and later received barely any reimbursement which made me contemplate canceling the policy. Will see how it goes since paying a higher premium for 2 fur babies!
