My puppy had to have several baby teeth extracted to make room for his permanent teeth. Pets Best said that this was "Well Care" and therefore, not eligible for coverage. Well-care means immunizations and routine visits to the vet. These are planned and recommended by vets. Removing retained baby teeth is not well-care. Why have insurance if unexpected issues are not covered????
