Except for the one person who finally got me help after 2 months. Everyone I have spoken to has been completely inept. The fact that there's no way to get a hold of the claims department is insane to me. Furthermore nobody seems to know what's going on at all and it seems like the claims department is committing fraud by wrongly labeling claims.
