I think it’s a ripoff. I haven’t seen much in reimbursement despite having the wellness coverage. Then after six months, just after my dog turned 2, they increased my monthly premium by 40%, citing an increase in claims in my zip code across all breeds. My dog is 2!! If you’re giving me a 40% increase with zero illnesses what’s going to happen when my dog is 10 and has a few conditions? This is outrageous! I will find another pet insurance policy from a company that isn’t trying to rip off its customers.
