Worst insurance company of all time! They take forever to reimburse cal s at least 90 days. They decline everything without asking questions s. My contract started over on 1/25 and and they denied my yearly claims on my wellness. It takes forever to get them on the phone. The people in customer services are helpless and can do nothing. I have asked for a manager to call me, I had to send over 5 follow up emails and three calls prior to one calling me back and they left a generic message and told me to call back the general line. Go with embrace I am switching. My mother has them and none of the issues I have and the money is in the account next week. Read their Facebook page they have others saying the same thing. Stay away at all costs.
