We have been pleased with the service of Pets Best , however after rescuing a 3-4 year old labrador we have had several claims turned down as classified as a pre-existing condition, such as ear infection, allergies, etc. Our recommendation is to purchase insurance when they are a puppy or you will run into problems.
It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to receive payment for our dog/dogs.
