1st 2 claims were either denied or limited amount paid because my vet charges puppy packages and not by individual vaccines and wellness. Unable to be transferred to a supervisor. Must have callback. Called yesterday and was advised would review partial claim paid and less than 12 hours later get a denial for the 2nd claim with the same problem. Not worth the headache!
