I have to fight for almost all of my claims that i submit. Constantly proving what conditions my dog has and what were the treatments. Quick example: took dog to urgent care because she appeared to have hearing loss as she was battling ear infection. They denied due to it being pre existing condition. When i appeal the reaponse time is nearly 3 months. So yeah they quick to take their money from me for premium but very slow and rejective to pay for medical needs. I am going to shop for another company- this is such a hastle and nearly not worth the reimbursement.
