Pets Best makes it easy to file a claim on their website. The only issue is always getting an email explaining a delay in processing the claim due to the number of claims filed. The only time I had to communicate with Pets Best was for a denial of claim for medication that had been covered previously. It was combersome to dispute the denial, but once I did, the claim was covered.
