I feel I have wasted two years of consistent payments to this company for nothing. I have a two year old puppy and at one years old he was hurt while playing in daycare and after months of not realizing he was injured, he finally could not walk anymore. After bringing him to a specialist, I learned that he pulled his meniscus. At the time I had this insurance for five months and because they do not cover ligament issues until six months they would not cover it. His surgery was going to cost 5000. Now they will not cover it because it is considered to be pre-existing. Now my dog has torn his other meniscus and because I can’t afford 11,000 for him to have surgery I am forced to find alternatives that are devastating to think of. I hate this company and I wish I would have been explained the small Print writing in bold reading because they have wasted my time and money now for two years. They don’t care about your pet all they care about is getting their money. I highly suggest a different company. All their employees are rude and unsympathetic.
