I have spent over $5200 in the last 3 days wars and not once put one claim through, and not only did I I have to wait almost 2 months for my money , they face me a hard time for a $500 claim and I have a $250 deductible so basically $250. One of the medications they are saying It’s not a necessity and they aren’t comfortable covering it. Thank s is literally the worst insurance. I have 3 dogs under the this one and one under Nationwide for the last 15 years, I’m calling them and seeing if they can match it and telling my brother to go back to them since I told him to use you 3 years ago. You are losing 2 customers.
