Have submitted several Vet bills this year (my first) and have been happy with all but one submission's response. I called BestPets and after speaking with a rep, got a prompt, no-hassle reevaluation of my submission and the issue was resolved. I will be renewing my enrollment without hesitation for next year's coverage.
