Pet's Best is a total scam business; they insured my six-year-old cat for dental, then disallowed everything saying he needed to be insured since the age of three for dental. They gave me $28 from a heart murmur bill of $660. After the deductible of $500, they charge an additional $135 for a co-pay after two years of him being insured? $28???
