We just signed with Pets Best this year, So far, we can not give them a high rating. On our first claim- AFTER meeting their deductible, we have been very disappointed in their response time and in their documentation requirements.We have been back and forth with them for almost 3 months trying to get reimbursed for our dog's dental cleaning.
