Pets best has raised its rates and seems to pay out very little. I've lost my faith in their policies after my dog's very necessary dental surgery was denied due to a stipulation....sent it in for appeal and still denied.
I will be canceling my policy and moving to another company after 6 years of being a faithful policy holder.
