My opinion on Pets Bests insurance was awful. I spent about 3,00$ since 2019 and until i actually used the insurance i had no idea how bad it was. I had so many items not included and then the 10% taken out was just ridiculous. To be able to get to 500$ deductable u would think would be easy w vet bills but w this insurance then deduct so many items w their 10% that really is stated but not explained enough when signing up. I would never tell anyone i know to sign up w this company. I have other dogs and i am definitely going w another competitor of theirs.
