I've had this service for a few years now. I find them to be pretty competent. My only complaint is that the analysis and payment reimbursement takes a very long time. For instance, I submitted a claim on 11/14/22 for my pets and as of today (12/7/22) I've not yet been reimbursed. Previous payments had the same timeline. A month seems a bit too long to process and pay a claim, in my opinion. That is my only ding...
