When I needed assistance, it was a very generic answer. I wanted to inquire to see if a quote from the Vet would be covered. They were reluctant to help. I would like a better explanation as to why something is covered rather than, "refer to your contract." I am still waiting on two complicated and expensive claims, so I cannot comment on those.
We got the Wellness plan and it only covered some of the vaccines. I don't understand.
