Nonplussed so far. Still waiting for a claim to process from almost two weeks ago. On one claim they did process, they nickel and dimed the wellness coverage. Apparently, each wellness item has an individual annual cap, not a combined cap. One vaccination and the annual cap is shot, no carryover from unused wellness items. Seems like a typical insurance company fine print gotcha.
