So far, I have placed 3 claims since I have had this ins about 2 months. I have 2 puppies 4 months old. The first 2 claims they said that I didn't have all the information on the invoice but when I resubmitted the same paper, they accepted it the second time. I keep getting emails that they are sorry for the delay and it's taken over 5 days for them to get back to me when they do, they always say I don't have enough information but then I just resubmit the same paperwork and it's accepted the 2nd time around. I am not certain at this point whether I will keep this policy. I have wellness and illness.
