They literally take advantage of their 35 day policy… be ready not to hear any tbh info from them for 35 days after filing the claim.
Requested for medical records, which is ok… if the vet doesn’t answer to their email they’ll just assume no cooperation and decline the claim
Over the phone they all answer with an attitude… no customer service at all
