I'm disappointed in the results of my claim. My dog was having allergy induced yeast infection all over her body and her ears were infected. Medications were given and PART OF THE TREATMENT is bathing her with a medicated shampoo. You refused to cover that....doesn't make sense. That's like going to the doctor to have the wound cleaned and you don't' cover the labor for having the wound cleaned only the medication. Very disappointed. I'm a senior and I can't bathe a dog this size. I'm seriously considering stopping the insurance.
