When we put in our claim, we were told it would be about a month to receive an answer on the claim. We waited out that month and gave a call to check in as we hadn't heard anything. We were told it could take exactly 30-35 days and since we called on day 30, we should wait a few more days. On day 35, we gave another call in to find out that they weren't even sure they had all our information, even though we had verified all this with them at the beginning of the claim being submitted. Finally, after talking to multiple reps, we were told that they in fact "did" have everything and that we should be receiving an answer soon. We waited another week and called in again as there was still, no response. Again, after talking to more than one rep, things were finally processed, and it took about 5-7 business days for the approved claim amount to be deposited in our bank. The whole thing was a huge hassle and not many of the reps were very helpful. There was no manager or person that was actually working on the processing of the claim that we could talk to directly. The customer service reps said that all they could do was email those people. Poor customer service, long waits, and overall huge frustration. We hope we don't ever have to use them for a claim again.
