It's good. Customer service is great. Every time I pick up a call, everyone is very heartwarming and friendly. I just wished when it comes to submitting your claims, that they at least pay 50% of the cost of the bill. I know I chose 70% of whatever the bill is, but I only got 10% back of an $800 bill. At least balance out the $500 deductible that we choose throughout the whole year since it's only the first month of the year.... not cover my first bill at all.
