I have only had this insurance for approximately 4 months and have used it three times. My biggest complaint is that the processing time is particularly slow. It has taken over a month for two of those to be processed. I also do not recall seeing anything about a deductible when I was signing up for the insurance but was told when processing one claim that we did and therefore would be receiving only about $4.00. That is acceptable as I may just not have read closely enough or forgotten but hopefully this is really clear on the website.
