the coverage they do have is decent, at least the wellness plan, but it’s ridiculous that I can’t change my plan or lower my deductible. I feel like I barely get my moneys worth except for when my dog gets shots/preventative(the wellness plan). But I got a raise and was hoping to lower my deductible, thinking maybe it would be like human insurance where each year allows changes, but I was told once I submit a claim I am locked. I just think that’s crazy.
