The monthly fee is costly and it seems every time I send an invoice, I am denied the majority of the charges. How is it that my pet is neutered, but anesthesia and pain meds aren't covered? Did you expect the pet to stay awake during the procedure and not need pain meds after?! Even humans can get a discount on medication.
I am currently searching for a new insurance carrier for my pet.
