I submitted my first 2 claims (2 puppies) and one was denied in error. The exact claim for the other puppy was accepted and paid on. Rather than just fix the error, I was responsible for filling out another form and having my Vet take her time to write a letter showing that the services provided were covered by Pets Best under my policy. I hope this isn't going to be the game that this insurance company plays going forward or I will look for a new company.
