Extremely dissappointed with the claims process. I do not abuse this service and expect that when my pets need care that I would be rembursed for the service. Timelines, catagories and title of service ahould not play a part in the determination of funds returned. It should be individually considered. I am discontinuing my service with PetsBest. Savings account works better. Thank you for listening
