The first few years the coverage was great and rates were reasonable. But the last few the premiums were high and too often the coverage was not very good and almost not worth the cost of premium. But I continued for about 15 years until my dogs passed. However the customer service staff were pleasant and claim process was good. It was good to have when surgery was needed.
