I purchased an accident only policy then a wellness policy. I was under the impression illness coverage was part of the essential wellness package I purchased. I thought I had piece of mind with the coverages I purchased and the reason I wanted solid protection is bc one of my dogs doesn't make very good choices. Just like I knew it would happen popcorn ate something that made him sickly giving him gastronitus sending us all to vet hospital for his care. I submitted the claim then over 30 days later it gets decisioned with a decline as my dog eating something bad is not an accident. How so???? Also, what really made me frustrated was the fact that now popcorn has history and when he gets sick like that you all will always say it's an allergy and pre existing and eill never be covered no matter if I buy more coverage. dirty dirty dealings pets best and I will never refer my many pet owner friends to do business with you. You people are thieves!!
