It's been interesting to see this company's customer services evolve. Initially, years ago, there was no aspect of Pets Best that was satisfactory to me. Claims were slow to be settled, it was difficult to reach a real person for assistance and the process required to post a claim was complicated. The difference from then needs to be commended.
