Great insurance, they pay you quickly if you have all your documents and soap notes uploaded when you place a claim. Otherwise they have to get those notes from the veterans office . And it will delay your refund a week or 2 . Other than that 5 stars for me . Ps. Best thing is to purchase insurance when your dog is a puppy so you don’t have any preexisting issues that won’t be covered . Thank you Shona and Max (K9)
