First time using them and it seemed to all go really well. Downside is that the vet expressed that they have no idea how to know what will and won't be covered for the plan as insurance doesn't talk with them at all - so not sure if they had an idea if that would have helped change the bill at all or not, so I expected it to cover more than half of the expenses for a wellness visit and it did not, but I suppose anything is better than nothing.
