I had no issue receiving payment from Pets Best under the wellness plan. However, what they cover is so reduced, the actual payment was less than what I was paying in additional premium. I think they’re a solid company but have higher than average premiums for coverage allotments that have not been updated to reflect what vets are charging for wellness.
