It’s been frustrating because my vets have both sent paperwork in for claims and I consistently get “we’ve reached out and have heard no response”. Such bull. I have been cc’d on the emails back to Pets Best and so you have the required records. Your system is broken which is prob why claim payments are delayed. I have a very large bill I need reimbursed for and haven’t yet because you conveniently don’t have the records you need when they’ve been sent twice already.
