They take forever to review your claim. Hardly ever get any type of refund. I sent my claim over twice plus mailed a copy and was told that it couldn’t be read and that they never received the one by mail. I then had to go to staples and fax it over. Out of over $400 I am supposed to get $10. I had already met my deductible. My dog had to have biopsies done and Pets Best didn’t even cover that. I paid for wellness and illness. I won’t be renewing my policy. I am looking for a new pet insurance right now.
