I have been very happy with Pets Best the only issue I have is my pup may or may not need to have surgery but not knowing whether or not the procedure will be covered until AFTER it goes through underwriting is very stressful. It would be a great relief if something was put into place to receiver prior authorization prior to a procedure. A pet owner is already worried about what pain and suffering their pet is going through and they shouldn't need to worry whether or not services will be paid for.
