Petsbest has been absolutely amazing for the 2 years I've used them. My only reason for not giving a 5 is that rate increase. I started at roughly $73 a month 2 years ago. Now I pay about $85 a month and now just got notified it's going to about $101 a month at my next renewal. Almost a $30/month increase over 2 years seems like a lot and is becoming unaffordable.
