I had been very happy with Pets Best but this time it's been dragging on for way to long. I had 2 claims they finally said they were paying me for Sadie but they still haven't paid for Huckleberry and they were both on Feb. 9.
So I am not a very happy customer at this point. It should not take this long. That's why I pay for pet insurance
