I am very happy with Pets Best Pet Health Insurance. I have had it for about 2 years now for my 2 dogs. Processing and payment is seamless and the benefits are followed exactly as they are described in the plan overview. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I would like to see more of the preventative care appointments and medications (heartworm, flea/tick) covered, especially at the higher levels. Other than that, it works exactly as I expected and I plan on keeping it indefinitely as well as adding new pets to it as they come along.
