In my honest opinion, this pet plan is not bad. I like mostly everything about it. Minus a star for rejected claims/ reimbursements. When my claims get rejected there is no communication or message detailing why, it's just simply rejected. It's such a hassle to call into customer service, I could be waiting 30 mins to 45 mins just to speak to someone. Just for them to tell me to resubmit claims with a payment statement. If rejected claims can come with a detailed message, it cuts down having to call into customer service and waste and hour on the phone.
