Absolutely awful. The coverage is not good. The processing times are TERRIBLE and I have yet to have a positive experience with a member of the customer service department. I am sure this review will never see the light of day, but please know that the only reason I allow myself to continue to be strong-armed by this company is because I need some kind of coverage for my dog until I can find a better pet insurance company
