Took so long for claim to be processed. Then sent me a reason that the vet services were not specified. Then when I called customer services, the real reason was that the bill was fuzzy and couldn't be read. I think they wait so long, so you will just give up and say to heck with it. I am the coordinator for a dog rescue. When my adopters ask me about Pet health insurance, I DO NOT recommend Pets Best. Considering your monthly premiums and the services you provide, staying with your company makes no sense, so sad.
