These guys use to be great but now with any large claims they tie them up and stall them for months, asking over and over for the same records etc until they can try to find a hole and not pay you. We currently have 5 dogs on their plan but we are looking at other options due to this recent game they are playing. I have had to spend a lot of unneeded time to provide them the same info as they have already recieved. Petsbest is the king of Canned responses like " We need more records before we can process" this is simply another way for them to kick the can down the road and not pay. Totally disapointed in this company recently.
